Depth of Debts
A downloadable game for Windows
Story: After your grandfather died unable to repay his debts, the burden fell on you. When you couldn't pay either, you were thrown into an abandoned debtor's mine-prison - where your only path to freedom is mining enough resources to cover the debt.
🔄 Core Mechanics:
- Dig through collapses with your shovel (upgradable)
- Manage oxygen levels (limited air in collapsed tunnels)
- Haul resources in your backpack (upgradable capacity)
- Spend wisely between debt payments and survival upgrades
Progression System: ⚙️ Upgrades:
- Shovel (digging speed/efficiency)
- Backpack (carry more per trip)
- Stamina (longer digging sessions)
- Lung capacity (more time without oxygen)

Great game, I was almost out of debt. I got up to 7,000 then walked away. My character was just a step into the no oxygen zone and came back to a game over, lol.
lol :) unfortunately i didn't make a save system because i had little time but i will definitely add it in the future thanks for playing
